Introducing our new support engineer, Rachael May

We are delighted to introduce another of our new team members, Rachael May. Rachael joined Caburn Telecom in September 2020 as part of our desire to further expand our support team as a result of our continued business growth.

Rachael is an experienced first-line support engineer. This has involved installing a wide variety of telecommunications equipment, and complex systems such as battery life monitors and data receivers. Rachael is adept at completing system and technical builds and also on-site customer installations. Rachael also has extensive experience in Project Management, mobile application testing and data analysis (including the detailed analysis of devices and their diagnostics).
