Introducing our Support Engineers: Daniel Shaw

We are delighted to introduce another of our new team members, Daniel Shaw.

 Daniel joined Caburn Telecom in January 2021 as part of our desire to further expand our support team as a result of our continued business growth.

Daniel is an experienced first and third-line support engineer. Daniel has been working in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years. He has maintained and installed many customer’s telephony equipment worldwide, and has a wealth of experience within customer service resolution. He has also been involved in various telecom projects from new office installations to VoIP service upgrades.
