Introducing our Support Engineers: Rachel May

We are delighted to introduce another of our new team members, Rachel May. Rachel joined Caburn Telecom in September 2020 as part of our desire to further expand our support team as a result of our continued business growth.

Rachel is an experienced first-line support engineer. This has involved installing a wide variety of telecommunications equipment, and complex systems such as battery life monitors and data receivers. Rachel is adept at completing system and technical builds and also on-site customer installations. Rachel also has extensive experience in Project Management, mobile application testing and data analysis (including the detailed analysis of devices and their diagnostics).
