Covid-19: Update from Caburn Telecom

Firstly, we hope that you are keeping well and safe during this difficult time. As we are all aware, the spread of Coronavirus [Covid-19] is continuing to disrupt both individuals and businesses throughout the world. We would like to reassure you that we are fully committed to ensuring we continue to provide you with the highest levels of support. We also understand our responsibility in playing our part to help protect our communities and those members of society who are most vulnerable. Adhering to the advice in the UK government, we activated working practices to ensure we continue fully supporting you, while also mitigating the risk of our team. As a result, we implemented a home working policy. Our engineers, support staff and management teams are fully versed and equipt for working individually and together remotely.

Our support tools and communication platforms ensure that our systems are fully accessible. We continue to meet on-line regularly and of course, are always available similarly for our customers. Our support lines remain fully supported.

Again, we hope you are keeping safe and send our best wishes.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us by telephone or by email ar
