We have released a new feature on the Insight portal allowing Administrator Users to order new SIMs directly.
Customers are able to check the status and details of current orders. Order status updates are provided by email.
The feature also provides access to a full list of previous orders. As a shortcut to creating a new order, customers can quickly re-order a previous one, while making any amendments. Of course, if customers prefer they can simply send us an email as before. We will, however, raise the orders via the portal and customers will receive automated progress emails.
